Lifetime Structural Warranty

ApexArmor provides a limited lifetime structural warranty on all full roof replacements completed by our team. This warranty applies exclusively to workmanship-related issues that arise during the original owner’s ownership of the vehicle, provided the roof installation was performed by ApexArmor.

Covered issues include:

  • Staples backing out
  • Loose or shifting decking
  • Cracked or damaged decking not caused by external forces

Notification Requirement: Customers must alert ApexArmor within 5 business days of discovering any issue to avoid further damage and retain eligibility for warranty coverage.

Spray-On Roof Systems (ApexArmor) – No Maintenance Required

ApexArmor spray-on roofing systems are polyurea-based, high-performance coatings that require no scheduled maintenance to remain under warranty. Advantages:

  • No sealant re-application
  • No scheduled conditioning
  • No maintenance logs required

While the customer must continue to maintain the general condition of the vehicle, no maintenance proof is required for ApexArmor spray-on roof warranties.

Exclusion Notice: Bubbles, blisters, or separation caused by surface contaminants (e.g., oil, dust, chemical residues) or mixture/application inconsistencies are not covered under this warranty.

Standard Rubber Roofs – Maintenance Required

For rubber roofs, the following are mandatory for warranty coverage:
  • Clean and condition roof every 6 months
  • Inspect for sealant failures around vents, trims, or penetrations
  • Notify ApexArmor within 5 business days of discovering bubbles, separation, or visible sealant damage
Acceptable maintenance may be performed by the customer, ApexArmor, or a certified third-party. Photos and receipts may be required. Failure to provide maintenance proof voids the warranty.

Paint & Body Warranty

ApexArmor provides a lifetime warranty for paint and body services it performs. All repairs are held to an OEM or higher standard at ApexArmor’s discretion.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Transferable to new owners of the serviced vehicle
  • Issues must be reported within 5 business days of discovery
  • ApexArmor may perform repairs on-site or at a designated facility
  • Additional labor or parts outside original scope may be billed to customer or insurance provider

Maintenance Requirement: The vehicle must be buffed and waxed every 6 months. Proof of maintenance (photos and invoices) is required upon request.

Paint Exclusions:

  • Hazing, chalking, or gloss loss due to improper care or overexposure
  • Damage from abrasive cleaning agents or over-buffing
  • Acid rain, chemical fallout, or excessive UV exposure
  • Rock chips, scratches, or impact from normal use
  • Paint applied over previously repaired or refinished areas not stripped to bare substrate
  • Vehicles over 10 years old
  • Paint failures from defective materials (recourse is through the paint manufacturer, not ApexArmor)
  • Jobs explicitly waived from warranty coverage with customer signature

Electrical Warranty

ApexArmor will honor the manufacturer's warranty on any electronic component we supply and install.

  • No warranty is provided on labor or parts if the customer supplies the component.

Windshield Warranty

ApexArmor offers a 1-year warranty on windshield replacements for defects in labor and workmanship.

Mobile Repair Services

All mobile repair services include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.

Transferability

All ApexArmor warranties are transferable to a new owner. The new owner must notify ApexArmor within 30 days of transfer.

Repair Locations & Cost Clarification

ApexArmor may:

  • Require the vehicle to be returned to an authorized facility
  • Perform work on-site at its discretion
  • Charge supplemental fees for labor or parts outside the scope of the original service
  • Request coverage from insurers, customers, or manufacturers if necessary for OEM-level repairs

Comprehensive Exclusions – Apply Across All Warranty Areas

The following conditions void or exclude warranty coverage:
  • Surface bubbles/blisters caused by contaminants or improper mixture/application
  • Fading, hazing, chalking, or loss of gloss/shining from improper care, abrasive agents, pressure washing, or excessive UV exposure
  • Wrinkles in rubber roofing membrane
  • Sealant failure due to lack of maintenance (for rubber roofs only)
  • Vents, ladders, sealants, electrical components, skylights, and other external parts (covered by manufacturer warranties if applicable)
  • Accidents, misuse, off-road damage, or improper use
  • Vehicles used commercially or competitively (warranty limited to 5 years)
  • Structural failures discovered after the fact that affect the original repair area
  • Jobs waived from coverage, documented with a signed customer waiver
  • Vehicles over 10 years old (coverage limited to accessed/serviced areas only)
  • Defects in third-party or customer-supplied products or components (recourse is with the manufacturer)
