Warranty
Elite Lifetime Structural Warranty – Spray-On Roof Systems vs. Standard Rubber Roofs
Elite RV Roof & Collision provides a lifetime structural warranty on all full roof replacements performed by our team. This warranty covers all workmanship-related issues that occur during the original owner’s ownership of the vehicle, provided the roof replacement was completed by Elite.
The structural warranty includes coverage for:
- Staples backing out
- Loose or shifting decking
- Cracked or damaged decking not caused by external forces
If any issue arises with a roof replacement performed by Elite, the customer must notify us within 5 business days of discovery to avoid further damage and to preserve warranty coverage.
Spray-On Roof Systems (ApexArmor) – No Maintenance Required
Elite’s spray-on roofing systems, including ApexArmor, are maintenance-free. These advanced polyurea-based systems do not require regular cleaning, sealing, or conditioning to maintain their lifetime warranty. This is one of the core benefits of choosing a spray-on system:
- No recurring sealant applications
- No regular conditioning required
- No maintenance logs needed
Elite still expects the vehicle itself to be properly cared for, but proof of roof maintenance is NOT required for spray-on roofs.
Standard Rubber Roofs – Maintenance Required
For traditional rubber roof replacements (not spray-on), the customer is required to:
Clean and condition the roof every 6 months
Inspect for sealant damage around vents, trim, and other components
Alert Elite to any gaps, bubbles, or visible sealant issues within 5 business days of noticing them
Acceptable maintenance may be performed by the customer, a third-party shop, or Elite. Proof of maintenance (photos and invoices) must be provided if requested. Failure to perform or prove this maintenance will void the lifetime warranty for standard rubber roofs.
Additional Terms & Exclusions
This warranty is transferable to a new owner of the vehicle.
Elite reserves the right to complete repairs on-site or require the vehicle to return to our location.
If a repair requires labor outside the original scope, additional charges may apply.

Sealant Maintenance Disclaimer:

Paint & Body

If customer is unable to provide proof of maintenance, this warranty will be void. Photos and an invoice will be required as proof of maintenance.)
